Code Police provides a GitHub repository security scanning service that detects vulnerabilities and security issues in code. The Service requires credits for full functionality, which can be purchased through our platform.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Credits are sold in packages at the prices displayed on our website.
4.2. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
4.3. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
4.4. Credits do not expire once purchased.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Code Police and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2. Our scanning service does not claim ownership of your code or repositories.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Bypass measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer any portion of the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
7.2. We do not guarantee that our scanning service will detect all vulnerabilities or security issues in your code.
7.3. In no event shall Code Police be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
